Some monitors have a swivel mount that lets you arrange them vertically, but they are usually at the expensive end of the range. Obviously yours doesn’t have that feature, so you’ll have to find some way to prop it up vertically. Make sure that you provide adequate ventilation, as monitors designed for horizontal use might have vents designed to work only in that position.
